The diagnostic system can perform;

Self-diagnosis to read and erase the error memory,
display system parameters and status’s of the ECU;
activation, adjustments and configurations which are invaluable to carry and complete the repair.

Resetting of service and maintenance systems;
Configuration of ECU’s, reprogramming of keys and
remote controls.

We are a small independent company specialising in the supply all types of night heaters.

We have a parts and repair depot and repair or supply parts for all makes. From complete installation kits to a glow pin Mellor Auto Electrical can offer next-day delivery on parts of any size or cost. We are experienced with Eberspacher, Webasto and Mikuni systems.  

We offer a full overhaul and repair service on all types of Eberspacher, Mikuni, and Webasto air and water heaters. If your unit has been struggling to fire up or produces smoke the chances are it just needs a service and a decoke. This can fully restore the unit for a fraction of the cost of a new replacement.

Once we receive the unit it is tested then fully stripped down and costed accordingly. We will supply a quotation before any work is carried out. If you do not wish to proceed the unit will be built back up and sent back at no cost.

If you wish to proceed:
The motor/control unit will be replaced if faulty. The heat exchanger is fully decoked and new glow pins / plugs, flame detectors, burner cartridges / mattings and gaskets are fitted. All fans and casings are cleaned and the unit rebuilt and tested on our test rig. Once your unit has passed our thorough quality control it will be returned on a next day courier service.
All Heaters carry a full 12 months warranty. Only genuine replacement parts are fitted. We stock all new Webasto, Eberspacher, Mikuni heater kits and their respective parts.
